Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Svadbi Vlatko Photography website and services. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• •A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The date is not reserved until the deposit is received.
• •The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event/session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• •Prices are subject to change without notice, but prices agreed upon at the time of booking will be honored.

• •If the Client cancels the event, the deposit will not be refunded.
• •If the Photographer cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer's illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the deposit to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract.

Copyright: Svadbi Vlatko Photography retains the copyright to all images created during the session.

Photographer Usage: The Photographer will not use images for display, publication, or other purposes (e.g., website, portfolio, social media) without written approval from the client.

Client Usage: The Client is granted a license to use the images for personal use (e.g., printing, sharing on social media). The Client may not sell or license the images to third parties without written permission.

• •The Photographer will select the best images from the session to edit and deliver.
• •Raw files (unprocessed images) are not included in the final delivery unless specifically agreed upon in the contract.
• •Delivery times vary by project type (e.g., weddings typically take 4-8 weeks).

The Photographer is not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond the control of the Photographer including but not limited to obtrusive guests, lateness of the client or guests, weather conditions, schedule complications, incorrect addresses provided to the Photographer, or restrictions of the locations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of North Macedonia.
